Another popular response, one that saw several thousand upvotes, was to say that if she treats animals badly, it was a red flag. The Redditor added that treating animals went together with treating service or retail staff badly.

This saw another reply confirming that you could judge a person by how they treat those who can do nothing for them.

Cml33 suggested that manipulative behavior or playing games was a red flag for them. Later, they edited their contribution saying, “Dunno why this needs said, but not all women do this. If you think they do, either you have some personal issues with women you should work through or you’re spending time with the wrong people.”

Another Redditor said that a red flag for them was if a woman makes negative comments about themselves to get people to say positive things about them. They thought that it was just a way of getting attention.
