How to Make Your Own DIY Nursing Tank Tops

MAMA SAY WHAT?!

If you are a breastfeeding mama like me, you know how timely to whip that boob out for your crying baby, even if you are on the move.

For me, a nursing tank is one stable piece of clothing I can’t live without.

But buying a full nursing-friendly Wardrop can get expensive in a hurry, which is why I want to share with you a DIY alternative.

They work with any nursing bra, and adding gives you coverage in the midsection.

How to Make Your Own Nursing Tank Tops

Materials

– a spaghetti-strap tank top – a needle – threads that match the color of the tank top – scissors – a seam ripper

Directions

Step 1: You can either use the spaghetti-strap tank top you already have or purchase a few pretty inexpensively.

Step 2: Carefully use a seam ripper to unstitch the straps on the back of the tank top so they come detached. If you don’t have a seam ripper, you can also use sharp scissors.
