DIY Emergency Car Seat Labels (Free Download!)

MAMA SAY WHAT?!

As a mom, you never stop worrying about your kids. And one of the biggest fears is that something would happen to them when you’re not with them.

That’s where the emergency car seat label idea came in.

With this, emergency responders are better prepared and know who to contact if your child is in a car accident, a parent isn’t with them, or the parent is unresponsive.

Sounds good, right?

To make it easier for you, I have created a free download that includes essential information such as date of birth, emergency contacts, blood type, and any medications, conditions, or allergies.

These are set up so you can fill in the information one of two ways:

1. Fill out the Form Digitally and Print It.

Open the file with Adobe Reader (a free download from Adobe) and type in your child’s information.

Then print onto sticky labels or plain paper and adhere to all of your car seats.

If you’re printing these on plain paper, simply cover them with clear packing tape for a waterproof cover.
