5-Ingredient Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients

– 1 rack of baby back ribs or St. Louis ribs (depending on what you like, any one of them is fine) – Kosher salt – Freshly cracked black pepper – Smoked paprika (or regular paprika is fine!) – About 1 cup dark brown sugar

Directions

Start by preheating the oven to 275 degrees F.

Rinse the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels. Take your salt and pepper and sprinkle them onto both sides of the ribs
