During the conversation, Trump discussed his infamous campaign rally chants of “lock her up,” referring to his political rival Hillary Clinton during the 2016 presidential race.

Beck questioned, “And then when you became president, you said, ‘We don’t do that in America.’ That’s what they’re doing.
Do you regret not locking her up? And if you’re president again, will you lock people up?”
No Choice
Trump replied, “Uh, the answer is you have no choice because they’re doing it to us.”
Trump Has Great Respect for the Office
“I always had such great respect for the office of the president … I never hit [Joe] Biden as hard as I could have,” he added.

The conversation further touched on President Biden and Trump’s current legal challenges.

The former president attributed his legal woes to Biden, claiming that “every one of these indictments is him.”
Trump said, “You know, I don’t think he’s sharp enough to think about much, but he was there and he was probably the one giving the order.”
“But he was, you know, hard to believe that he even thinks about that because he’s gone,” he added.

He went on to link the Manhattan district attorney’s office with Fani Willis, alleging coordination that is detrimental to his legal situation.

Trump also revisited accusations against him, including E. Jean Carroll’s claims of rape, asserting that these accusations were part of a broader agenda by the Democratic Party.
