The group later made it clear on their Facebook page that they do not condone the actions of Hitler, “We condemn Adolf Hitler’s actions and his dark place in human history.”

The group was also forced to apologize for using the quote and posted on their Facebook page “We should not have quoted him in our newsletter and express our deepest apology.”

The Indianapolis Star initially reported the story, with the newsletter photo titled The Parent Brigade causing a social media uproar and swift condemnation.
