A Nevada-based rapper, Kenjuan McDaniel, has found himself facing more than just criticism for his lyrics. This week, Las Vegas law enforcement put him behind bars, alleging that his lyrics were more than just creative imagination – they were, in fact, a confession.

On August 29, Kenjuan McDaniel was arrested and slapped with the charge of open murder with a deadly weapon, a revelation that sent shockwaves through the music community.

 Following his arrest, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department revealed in a statement that McDaniel’s lyrics and a music video posted on YouTube had unsettling resemblances to an unsolved crime from last year.
