The incident unfolded on a sunny day at the apartment complex’s pool area.

The video captured a woman, identified as “Joshua’s” neighbor, wearing a red bikini and sporting numerous tattoos, confronting her male neighbor, Joshua, who was accompanied by other black men.

The woman immediately launched into a heated rant, expressing her anger over the presence of the men who, she claimed, do not live at the complex and, therefore, shouldn’t be using the pool facility.

During the heated exchange, the woman argued that she pays $2,000 in rent to reside at the apartment complex and believes she has the authority to dictate who has access the pool area.

Her neighbor, visibly taken aback, attempted to reason with her, asserting that they should be allowed to swim regardless of their residence status.

However, Karen remained adamant, even threatening to report the situation to the apartment complex’s leasing office.

As the confrontation escalated, racial overtones became evident.

The woman singled out the black men, emphasizing that they do not pay rent and shouldn’t be allowed to use the pool facility.

She Dismissed Their Claims

Despite the black men asserting that they have a connection to someone living in the complex, the woman dismissed their claims and continued to insist they leave.

Karen then told them to “go back to Denton, where you belong.”

Denton is a nearby city that is predominantly white, according to the US Census with just 11.5 percent of the population identifying as black or African American.

“Get the **** out,” she repeated before twerking in front of one of the black men filming the video.

Then she said, “Get out. You don’t live here. ‘I’ll call the police right now.”

But it’s unclear if she ever actually made the call.

Several viewers expressed their thoughts on the incident. One wrote, “I’m confused. Does she think the apartment pool is her private pool?”

Another user commented, “I’m sure all apartments have rules. Why doesn’t she check with them and let them know if people are not supposed to be there.”
